  The City of Balch Springs Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a meeting on Thursday June 2, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. located at the Balch Springs City Hall, 13503 Alexander Road, Balch Springs, TX 75181 to consider the following: 

  Special Use Permit (SUP) Application No. 002-2022: by Brad White c/o Terra Real Estate Corporation, A Texas Corporation to allow a Convenience Store with Fuel Sales operated by 7-Eleven located at 3815 S. Beltline Road and 3819 S. Beltline Road on a lot totaling 3.119 acres. The proposal requires an approved Special Use Permit (SUP) to permit the proposed use within the current “LR” Local Retail Zoning designation.
