Applicant alleges that the decedent died on February 23, 2009 in Mesquite, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Lillie Dora Hill, Deceased.
The testator’s property will pass to the testator’s heirs if the will is not admitted to probate; and the person offering the testator’s will for probate may not be in default for faailing to present the will for probate during the four year period immediately following the testator’s death.
