NOTICE OF CONSTABLE’S SALE 

(REAL ESTATE) (DC-21-04351)

BY VIRTUE OF A Writ of Execution issued out of the 160th District Court of Dallas County, Texas, on the 19th day of April 2022, in the case of Plaintiffs Barbara Reliford and John Reliford versus Yolanda M. Allen.  To me, as deputy constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 11th day of May 2022, and will start between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of June 2022.

The Dallas County Records Building – 7th Floor

  Being the 7th   day of said month, at the Dallas County Records Building, 500 Elm Street, Dallas Texas 75207, 7th floor, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendant has on the 11th day of May 2022, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit: 

  As described to me by Plaintiffs’ Attorney Marguerite Broussard  TRACT II, BEING SITUATED IN THE ABRAHAM HART SURVEY, ABSTACT NO. 563, AND BEING PART OF THAT CERTAIN 20.8237 ACRES CONVEYED TO SYBLE BRAY BY DEED RECORDED IN VOLUME 81019, PAGE 1029, DEED RECORDS  OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT THE IRON ROD FOUND FOR CORNER IN THE WEST LINE OF WESTMORELAND ROAD (60 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY) THAT IS SOUTH 00 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 59 SECONDS EAST, 513.7 FEET FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SYBLE BRAY TRACT, SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF A 2.798 ACRE TRACT; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTH 00 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 59 SECONDS EAST, ALONG SAID WEST LINE OF WESTMORELAND ROAD AND THE EAST LINE OF SAID BRAY TRACT, 9.0 FEET TO AN IRON ROD SET FOR CORNER;

THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 05 SECONDS WEST, CROSSING SAID BRAY TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 750.0 FEET TO AN IRON ROD SET FOR CORNER IN THE EAST LINE OF A 2.30 ACRE TRACT;

THENCE  NORTH 00 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 59 SECONDS WEST, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID 2.30 ACRE TRACT, 9.0 FEET TO AN IRON ROD FOUND FOR CORNER, SAID POINT BEING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID 2.30 ACRE TRACT;

THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 05 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID 2.798 ACRE TRACT, 750.0 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 6749 SQUARE FEET OR 0.1550 ACRE OF LAND, MORE OR LESS. 

MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1623 S. WESTMORELAND RD., DALLAS TX 75154.

  Said property being levied on as the property of the aforesaid defendant and will be sold to satisfy a judgment in the amount of $20,000 rendered on the 17th day of February 2022 in favor of Barbara Reliford and John Reliford,  and for all further costs of executing this writ.
