NOTICE OF CONSTABLE'S SALE (REAL ESTATE) BY VIRTUE OF a Order of Sale issued out of the 162nd District Court, Dallas County, Texas, on the 1st day of June 2021, in the case of plaintiff and Counter- Defendant Nena A. Polk versus Trinity Forest (Dallas) Homeowners Association. To me, as deputy constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 20th day of December 2021, and will start between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of February 2022. The Dallas County Records Building 7th Floor Being the 2nd day of said month, at the Dallas County Records Building, 500 Elm Street, Dallas Texas 75207, 7th floor, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendant has on the 20th day of December 2021, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit: LOT 40, IN BLOCK A NEW CITY BLOCK 6235, OF THE TRINITY FOREST ESTATES ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF , RECORDED IN VOLUME 2004131, PAGE 235, OF THE MAP OF RECORDS OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS; WITH A FRONTAGE OF 34 FT AND A DEPTH OF 90 FT, TOTAL SQUARE FEET OF 8,013. COMMONLY KNOWN AS 6301 HONEY LOCUST DR, DALLAS TEXAS 75217. Said property being levied on as the property of aforesaid defendants and will be sold to satisfy a judgment amount of $22,757.46/ Plus $10,845.00 Attorneys fees plus $238.00 Court Cost in favor of Trinity Forest (Dallas) Homeowners Association, and for all further costs of executing this writ.
