NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mesquite Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the following application at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, October 25, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 757 North Galloway Avenue.
BOA FILE NO. BOA1018-0093
Per Section 1-304.C. of the Mesquite Zoning Ordinance, at the request of the Mesquite City Council, the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to determine whether continued operation of a hotel, a nonconforming use, located at 3629 East U.S. Highway 80 will have an adverse effect on nearby properties. If, based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Board determines that continued operation of the use will have an adverse effect on nearby properties, it shall proceed to establish a compliance date for the nonconforming use. The subject property is further described as Town East Estates 6, Block 14, Lot 2B, City of Mesquite, Dallas County, Texas, located at 3629 East U.S. Highway 80.
