The Mesquite City Council will hold a public hearing on the following application at 7:00 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2017, in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 757 North Galloway Avenue, to determine whether the zoning classification shall be changed on the following property.

Application for a Zoning Change from Commercial within the Town East Retail and Restaurant Overlay District to Commercial within the Town East Retail and Restaurant Overlay District with a Conditional Use Permit on property further described as Town East Mall Phase 2, Block A, Lot 2, City of Mesquite, Dallas County, Texas, located at 6500 Town East Mall.
