BY VIRTUE OF a Writ of Execution issued out of the County of Dallas, County Court at-Law #5, on the 20th day of August 2018, in the case of plaintiff, Transport Funding, L.L.C., versus defendant Darren Curtis and Vivan Curtis, under Dallas County Docket Number #CC-11-07457-E. To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 27th day of November, A.D., 2018, and will start at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of February 2019.

Being the 5th day of said month, at the Old Red Museum Building, 100 South Houston Street, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendant has on the 27th day of November, A.D., 2018, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: Commonly known and referred to as 2821 Magna Vista, Dallas County, Dallas, Texas, 75216-8108. Being more particularly described by plaintiff’s representative, Mr. Jorge Lopez, Representative for National Judgment Recovery Center, L.P., BEING: LOT 3, IN BLOCK 4/7332, OF CEDAR CREST COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, SECTION T-2, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 26, PAGE 55, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS.
Said property being levied on and will be sold to satisfy a judgment amount of $12,865.00, attorney’s fee [private process server fee] in the amount of $35.00, at a rate of 10.00% from the 14th day of September 2011, until paid, in favor of plaintiff Transport Funding, L.L.C., and $547.00 costs of court, and all further costs of executing this writ.
