BY VIRTUE OF an Order of Sale, issued out of the County of Dallas, 191st Judicial District Court, on the 23rd day of May 2019, in the case of plaintiffs, Townhouse Condominiums Corporation versus defendant, John H. Read, II under Dallas County Docket Number #DC-16-15169 To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 4th day of June, A.D., 2019, and will start at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of July 2019.

Being the 2nd day of said month, at the Old Red Museum Building, 100 South Houston Street, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendants have on the 4th day of June A.D., 2019, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: Commonly known and referred to as 3420 Hidalgo Drive, Unit #206, Dallas County, Dallas, Texas 75220-3507. Being more particularly described as BEING: UNIT 206 IN BUILDING “C’ AND A 2.17 PERCENT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE GENERAL AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS OF TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM REGIME TO THE CITY OF DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION DATED DECEMBER 4, 1972, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 72236, PAGE 1745, CONDOMINIUM RECORDS; AND AS AMENDED BY VOLUME 73044, PAGE 1139; VOLUME 93189, PAGE 2942; VOLUME 95195, PAGE 3946, AND VOLUME 96078, PAGE 2089, DEED RECORDS OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTS THERETO.
Said property being levied on as the property of aforesaid defendants and will be sold to satisfy a judgment amount of $7,244.95, and attorney’s fees in the amount of $4,410.00, all at a rate of 5.00% from the 20th day of September 2017, until paid, and all further costs of executing this writ.
