BY VIRTUE OF a Order Of Sale, issued out of the County of Dallas, 193rd Judicial District Court, on the 18th day of November 2019, in the case of plaintiff, Townhouse Condominium Corporation, Inc., versus defendant, The Estate of Ben Sanders, under Dallas County Docket Number #DC-19-08216, To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 22nd day of November, A.D., 2019, and will start at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of January 2020.

Being the 7th day of said month, at the Old Red Museum Courts Building, 100 South Houston Street, in the city of Dallas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title, and interest which the aforementioned defendant has on the 22nd day of November, A.D., 2019, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: Commonly known and referred to as 3420 Hidalgo Drive, #103, Dallas County, Dallas, Texas 75220-3505. As more particularly described as BEING: TOWNHOUSE 103 IN BUILDING B, PLUS AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION OF THE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM REGIME IN THE CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 72236, PAGE 1745, OF THE DEED RECORDS OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO.
Said property being levied on and will be sold to satisfy a judgment in the amount of $10,436.63, attorney’s fees in the amount of $4,000.00, all at a rate of 7.50% from the 14th day of August 2019, until paid, in favor of plaintiff, Townhouse Condominium Corporation, Inc., and all further costs of executing this writ.
