BY VIRTUE OF A Writ of Execution issued out of the County of Dallas, County Court at-Law #2, on the 22nd day of April 2019, in the case of plaintiff, Hoppenstein Properties, Inc., versus defendant, Fausto E. Rivera and Liberty Shoe Warehouse, L.L.C., under Dallas County Docket Number #CC-16-01595-B. To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 7th day of May, A.D., 2019, and will start at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of June 2019.
