BY VIRTUE OF a ORDER OF SALE issued out of the 44th District Court in Dallas County Texas, on the 13th day of June 2019, in the case of plaintiff Wind Ridge Estates Phases 1 and II Homeowners Association, Inc VS Darren R. Brink & Dory E. Brink, Cause Number DC-18-17410. To me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 17th day of June 2019, and will start the sale between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the 1st Tuesday in the month of August 2019.

Legal Description: BEING LOT 4, BLOCK J/8709, OF WIND RIDGE, PHASE II, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE LAY THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 88132, PAGE 1397, MAP RECORDS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 201700204805 IN THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS CONCERNING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6419 LAKE BLUFF DRIVE, DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TX 75249-3017.
Said property being levied on as the property of the aforesaid defendant and will be sold to satisfy a judgment amount of $6,177.62 plus $3,303.69 in attorney’s fees and 5.0% interest thereon from March 29th 2019 in favor of Wind Ridge Estates Phases I and II Homeowners Association, Inc, and for all costs of court amounts to $0.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
