BY VIRTUE OF an Order of Sale issued out of the County of Dallas, 44th District Court, on the 21st day of October 2019, in the case of plaintiffs, Bryan Place Phase V, Section 1 Homeowners Association, Inc. versus Stacy M. Fryer, Cause Number DC-19-11448. To me, as deputy constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 16th day of January 2020, and will start the sale between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on the 1st Tuesday in the month of March 2020.
