This lawsuit is based on a motor vehicle collision on or about July 26, 2019 on West Camp Wisdom Road in Dallas, Texas. Defendant failed to control her speed and failed to pay attention causing the Plaintiffs’ injuries. This accident was proximately caused by the negligence and/or recklessness of the Defendant Keisha Ann Coleman. As a result of Defendant’s actions, Plaintiffs has suffered severe bodily, economic, and mental injuries for which Plaintiffs sue.
