THE LAWSUIT RESULTS FROM AN AUTOMOBILE COLLISION THAT OCCURRED ON 6/14/18 IN DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS. THE COLLISION AND SUBSEQUENT INJURIES SUFFERED BY DOUGLAS PATTERSON WERE PROXIMATELY CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENT CONDUCT OF RANDALL LEWIS.
