James Randy Jackson is notified that a petition for adoption of a child named, Isaiah Jackson, born on February 16, 2008, was filed in the office of the Clerk the Hamilton Superior Court, Room No. 5, One Hamilton County Square, Noblesville, Indiana 46060. The petition for adoption alleges that the consent of James Randy Jackson is not required pursuant to Indiana Code § 31-19-9-8(a)(2) and (a)(11).
If James Randy Jackson does not file a motion to contest the adoption within thirty (30) days after the service of this notice, the above named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption, the consent of James Randy Jackson will be irrevocably implied, and James Randy Jackson will lose their right to contest either the adoption or the validity of James Randy Jackson's implied consent to the adoption.

ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 28,2019, IN DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, PLAINTIFF TAMARA BARRON WAS TRAVELING THROUGH HER APARTMENT COMPLEX. DEFENDANT, ClAN THOMAS WAS BACKING OUT OF A PARKING SPACE IN THE COMPLEX. AS DEFENDANT REVERSED OUT OF THE SPACE, DEFENDANT'S VEHICLE COLLIDED WITH THE PLAINTIFF'S VEHICLE BETWEEN THE TIRE AND THE DOOR. AS A RESULT OF DEFENDANT'S NEGLIGENCE, PLAINTIFF SUFFERED MULTIPLE INJURIES. PLAINTIFF WILL SHOW THE COURT THAT THE NEGLIGENT CONDUCT OF DEFENDANT WAS A DIRECT AND PROXIMATE CAUSE OF THE OCCURRENCE DESCRIBED HERE, AND OF THE BODILY INJURIES AND DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY PLAINTIFF.
